Due to the harsh environment such as high temperature and dust, the requirements for safety and reliability of casting cranes are much higher than those of ordinary overhead cranes.
Our casting cranes are designed with many safety protections in their construction and components:
First, the casting crane is mainly used to lift the ladle for pouring molten iron, so it is usually equipped with a main hook and an auxiliary hook.
Second, the casting crane takes heat insulation and radiation protection measures for the main beam, sub-main beam, electrical room, etc., in order to reduce the influence of external heat on its baking.
Third, considering the special working conditions of casting cranes, our motors and power supplies are designed with redundancy.
